Customer Service & Assistant Dispatch

This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day customer service operations while supporting transport planning within the Benelux region. It involves following up on transport orders, maintaining close contact with drivers, and coordinating communication between all parties to keep operations running efficiently.

The position combines customer interaction with operational support. It includes handling inquiries and complaints, monitoring ongoing transports, and assisting in adjusting planning when needed. In case of delays or disruptions, the role requires quick analysis, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.

​​​​​​​A strong understanding of transport processes, the Benelux road network, and administrative systems such as CRM and track & trace tools is essential. The role requires working in a structured and accurate way, managing multiple tasks at once, and communicating fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
