Operator

This role focuses on the end-to-end coordination of transport orders. It involves organizing shipments according to customer requirements, booking transport with subcontractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery. Each file is handled both operationally and administratively, including correct registration, follow-up, and final document checks.

A key part of the job is monitoring the profitability of transport orders and taking action when needed. The role requires regular coordination with colleagues, back office, and partners, as well as clear communication with customers.
